Founder/Lead Scout Elite304Hoops

James is the founder and lead scout for Elite304Hoops. He is based out of Fairmont and created Elite304Hoops in January 2018. James has a plethora of experience working and writing about high school, collegiate and professional sports. He is here to help as many kids as possible reach their goals of playing at the next level. Richards also formerly covered high school basketball for Prep Hoops WV. Remi is based out of Wheeling, WV and joined Elite304Hoops in December 2020. Markos has connected with many kids through his works. He wants the best for the kids to have the opportunity to play at the next level. He is a former college coach at Barber Scotia College, an NAIA program in North Carolina and currently runs an AAU team based out of Wheeling called Team 304.
