ABOUT US
Our goal at Elite 304 Hoops is to get the state of West Virginia's student-athletes who would like to play basketball in college exposure to do so at the next level. We rank the top sophomores, juniors and seniors in the state, but are willing to help any and every kid who would want to play at the next level.
